The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) and the Saudi Falcons Club signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in supporting and empowering entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The agreement, signed on the sidelines of the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh, aims to leverage both parties' expertise and resources to support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, including economic diversification and increasing SMEs' contribution to the GDP.
The MoU seeks to strengthen institutional collaboration between the two parties in supporting entrepreneurs and empowering SMEs through the exchange of expertise, development of joint initiatives and programs, and promotion of entrepreneurship awareness. It also aims to expand economic participation in industries and services related to the falconry and hunting sector.
Areas of cooperation include identifying opportunities for joint projects, developing entrepreneurial and innovation skills, and implementing empowerment programs to enhance youth participation in local production. The memorandum also highlights national success stories that inspire entrepreneurs to explore new and promising business fields.
This partnership reflects the shared commitment of both parties to unify efforts in supporting the national economy. Monsha'at continues to regulate and develop the SME ecosystem and boost productivity, while the Saudi Falcons Club aims to expand its economic and social impact by promoting investment initiatives linked to cultural heritage and opening new opportunities for entrepreneurs in this growing sector.
