Riyadh, August 17, 2025, SPA -- The Russian falconry farm RUVS has marked its debut at the 2025 International Falcon Breeders Auction, hosted by the Saudi Falcons Club at its headquarters in Malham, north of Riyadh. The event runs until August 25.
RUVS’s representative Majed Al-Qahtani said their participation reflects the farm’s recognition of the auction’s prestigious reputation as the world’s largest gathering of elite falcons. He stated that RUVS is among the oldest falconry farms, with a distinguished track record of achievements across the Gulf and Saudi Arabia.
The farm is presenting an initial batch of 16 falcons, varying in weight and size, with plans to introduce additional falcons in the coming days. Al-Qahtani emphasized the farm's dedication to offering falcons of pure bloodlines and exceptional traits.
He also praised the facilities provided by the Saudi Falcons Club, which have played a key role in attracting premier falcon farms from across the globe.
The auction spans 21 days, showcasing elite falcon breeds from around the world. It stands as the largest event of its kind and a premier annual destination for falconers and breeders.
The auction underscores the Kingdom's commitment to preserving the rich heritage of falconry, supporting farms, and reinforcing its position as a global hub for falconry.
