The Saudi Falcons Club aims to preserve the authentic falconry heritage, ensure the sustainability of falconry as a hobby, and promote its environmental, cultural, and economic values.

The Saudi Falcons Club recognizes the importance of your privacy and personal data, which are among the Club’s top priorities. Therefore, we are committed to keeping all user information and data secure and confidential.

The privacy policy and procedures of the Saudi Falcons Club are subject to the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/19 dated 09/02/1443H), as well as the Main Principles for Protecting Personal Information and the Main Principles and General Rules for Data Sharing issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) and the National Data Management Office (NDMO).

The Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations provide the legal basis for protecting your rights concerning the processing of personal data by all entities inside and outside the Kingdom, including the processing of personal data online.

This policy has been developed to clarify the personal data collected, the purpose of its collection, the processing mechanisms, the users’ rights, and how they may be exercised. We also affirm the following:
• Data is collected after logging in and performing any operations through the platform.
• Data collection is limited to the minimum amount of personal data necessary to achieve the intended purpose.
• The policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its alignment with any amendments to laws and regulations, and visitors and users of the Club’s platform should regularly review the privacy and confidentiality terms when any updates occur.
• You are solely responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and truthfulness of the data you submit through the Club’s platform.

When you register on the Saudi Falcons Club platform, the Club is considered:
• The Data Controller.
• Responsible for processing any data you share with it.
• Responsible for publishing and managing its privacy notice, including details on how to contact the Club.



What Data Is Collected (and How Is It Collected?)
• Your email address and subscription preferences when registering for our email notifications.
• Contact number, national ID, date of birth, and health status (when using the weapon purchase service or platform registration).
• Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• Data collected indirectly through cookies and integration with other entities, in cases where processing personal data is required in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.



Purpose of Data Collection
• To send email alerts to users who request and subscribe to them.
• To allow you to access government services linked to the Club’s platform (such as the issuance of weapon licenses, National Access, and systems of the National Information Center for Weapons and Explosives Management).
• To authenticate users’ identities and contact information.
• To enable the Club to perform its assigned duties and provide related services.
• To understand user needs to improve services and platform performance and ensure service continuity.



How We Disclose Your Personal Data

The Saudi Falcons Club complies with the data-sharing policies and regulations issued by the regulatory authorities and does not share personal data with any external party except in the disclosure cases specified in the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, either by obtaining your prior consent or by disclosure for purposes and cases determined by law, or when disclosure is required by authorized government entities to perform specific governmental services.

Failure to provide your personal data may affect your ability to benefit from the services provided by the Club.



Legal Grounds for Collecting and Processing Personal Data
• Explicit Consent: The Club relies on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time, provided that such withdrawal does not affect processing operations conducted under other lawful grounds as stated in the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/19 dated 09/02/1443H).
• Article 9 of the Weapons and Ammunition Law under the Weapons and Explosives Administration at the Ministry of Interior.



User Rights
• The user has the right to access and modify his/her personal data.
• The Club is committed to maintaining the privacy of platform users’ data.
• The Saudi Falcons Club places the confidentiality of users’ and visitors’ information at the top of its priorities and strives to provide high-quality service to all users.
• The Club will not disclose any personal information about you unless you voluntarily choose to disclose it, and such information will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was collected, except when required by authorized government entities to perform specific governmental services.
• The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data recorded on the platform.
