General Terms and Conditions for Participation and Registration in the Melwah Racing
Binding Document:
This document outlines the legal terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") that govern the relationship between the Saudi Falcons Club, established by Royal Decree No. A/298 dated 26/10/1438H ("the Club"), and participants in the Melwah Racing organized by the Club ("the Racing"). The Racing will take place at the designated venue in Riyadh, King Fahd Road, Malham Exit ("the Venue"). Participants can be falcon owners (referred to as "Owners" or "Participants") or falconers (referred to as "Falconers" or "Participants"). Collectively, they will be referred to as "Participants."
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before agreeing to them, as your acceptance will confirm your agreement to all the terms, conditions, and obligations stated.
These Terms and Conditions, along with any related or referenced documents, form the entire agreement governing the relationship between the Club and the Participants. They override any previous terms, conditions, or commitments regarding the Racing. The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and related documents at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Club’s official website, and by participating in the Racing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all related documents.
